I am a licensed tourist guide in Sicily. I live in Catania, where I was born and got a master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures.
Since I was a girl I was art and history lover and I turned my passion into my carreer. I started working in tourism since 1994, first as a tour leader on Sicily tours and then as a regional tourist guide, expecially on eastern Sicily. I have been working with different travel agencies, schools, club services, individual tourists or groups.
Passionate of all sicilian treasures, I prefer proposing “slow” itineraries, aimed at grasping the soul of a land and people, through “emotional paths”.
I love giving voice and tell about the stories of places, landscapes, famous or forgotten monuments, but also food, ancient crafts and traditional feasts. The visitor, as a special guest, will be offered the chance to discover Sicily’s thousands faces through “new eyes”.
